Reiki is a very relaxing natural healing practice with Japanese origin.  It supports inner balance and healing states of mind and body.

Traditionally during a Reiki session you are fully clothed laying on a massage table.

Lighter than massage, my hands invite your body to relax into a state of relaxation and balance.

Some things that might be experienced during your session -

~ Light touch with hands on or sometimes above the body
~ Deep physical relaxation, Sense of safety
~ Meditative state, Deep trance, or Sleep
~ Emotional processing, or release

Sessions may have a focused purpose and use added techniques -

~ Working with an affirmation during the session
~ Focusing toward past trauma
~ Focusing toward supporting future events
~ Supporting your commitment to working with a habit or behavior pattern
